I just spoke to Vicky, and she said she was happy with the way that she went out because it was the most "preposterous situation possible," which is much better than going out by playing badly.
The player under the gun raised, but the big blind had not been dealt any cards. It was folded to Vicky, who reraised on the button thinking she was going for a blind steal, but she was in fact forced to reraise the under the gun player.
Some players complained that the hand should have been voided, but too much action had taken place and Vicky got committed to a hand she would have otherwise gotten away from.
