Level 29 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Artem Maksimov limped the button and Tommy Le filled up out of the small blind for Chris Sandrock to check his option in the big blind. Three ways to the {j-Spades}{7-Spades}{2-Hearts} flop, Le checked and Sandrock bet 225,000 for Maksimov to call. Le then raised the pot to 1,400,000 and both opponents quickly folded.

Level 29 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante
Chris Sandrock
Chris Sandrock

Chris Sandrock raised under the gun to 560,000 and Artem Maksimov and Tommy Le took time before calling in the blinds. The flop came {6-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and Maksimov and Le checked before Sandrock moved all-in for 1,530,000. Maksimov re-raised and Le folded, putting Sandrock at risk heads up.

Chris Sandrock: {6-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{2-Hearts}
Artem Maksimov: {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}

Sandrock was ahead with two pair, and improved on the {2-Clubs} turn and {2-Spades} river to make quads and stay alive.

Battle of Big Stacks Goes to Maksimov

Level 29 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Tommy Le won a four-way limped pot and then raised to 425,000 from under the gun for Artem Maksimov to call in the big blind. Maksimov check-called for 500,000 on the {j-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{4-Spades} flop and checked again the {6-Clubs} turn, this time Le checked back.

The {4-Diamonds} fell on the river and Maksimov now bet 1,025,000 to send Le into the tank. One minute passed and Le sent the cards into the muck.

Level 28 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

In a battle of the blinds, Tommy Le limped and Chris Sandrock raised to 325,000. Le called to see the {8-Hearts}{5-Spades}{4-Clubs} flop and both players checked. The turn {2-Diamonds} saw Le lead out for 325,000 and Sandrock called before the {j-Diamonds} river. Le bet again for 800,000 and Sandrock slid his cards to the dealer.

Maksimov Catches Sandrock Bluffing

Level 28 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

A four-way limped pot brought no action on the {q-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{4-Clubs} flop either and Artem Maksimov then checked the {4-Hearts} turn, as did Tommy Le. Chris Sandrock bet the pot for 600,000 and Jordan Spurlin folded, Maksimov called and Le folded.

Maksimov then also checked the {7-Spades} river and Sandrock fired a final bet worth 800,000, sending his opponent into the tank. After more than one minute, Maksimov called and Sandrock flipped over the {j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for a missed flush draw. Maksimov won the large pot with {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{3-Spades}{2-Diamonds} to send Sandrock on a short stack.

Level 28 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Tommy Le raised to 300,000 on the button and was called by Chris Sandrock in the small blind. Both players checked the {10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} flop and Sandrock then led the {4-Diamonds} turn for 300,000, which earned him a call by Le. On the {6-Spades} river, Sandrock took 28 seconds to act before making it 700,000 to go. Le spent some time in the tank but opted to fold.

Le Extends Lead Against Sandrock

Level 28 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Tommy Le limped and Chris Sandrock checked his option in the big blind before the flop of {a-Hearts}{a-Spades}{q-Clubs}. Le checked and Sandrock bet 275,000, and Le called to see the {5-Diamonds} turn. The action repeated as Le check-called Sandrock's 700,000 chip bet. The river {9-Clubs} saw both players check, and Le showed {q-Spades}{3-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{2-Spades} for a flopped full house to take down the pot.
