Buddies like Rick Block and Alex Visbisky, couples including Nick Peperone and Allison Schultz, and father and son teams like Jerry and Aaron Obstein have all taken seats in both tournaments in this Double Tag Team Event.
There's even a father daughter combo in James Bucki and Kristan Mackiewicz.
At the end of level one they took each other's seat, tagging in and out for the first of what they all hope will be many times tonight.
So far, there have actually been 33 teams that have entered the event and we're told all 33 entered both tournaments. There has been one re-entry already as well. Normally we wouldn't want to call out Maria Parlatore like this, but we figure it's best her partner Jason Clark know.

The uniquely formatted $120 Tag Team No Limit Hold'em event will get going at 5 p.m. this afternoon.
The event is actually two tournaments and both will play down to a winner tonight. Teams of two can buy into one or both. Either way, they'll be tagging in and out or switching seats every 20 minutes.
It is a re-entry event as well. In fact, teams can enter and re-enter until the start of Level 10.
The teams will start with 10,000 in chips in each event and the levels will remain 20 minutes throughout.
This format has proved popular at Seneca Niagara previously, so expect two decent sized fields and more fun than a barrel of monkeys as this unique mix of poker and musical chairs rolls along.
