Rose's Set is Good

Level 4 : 100/200, 0 ante

Michael Rose limped into the pot from under the gun, and action folded to Dylan Ellis on the button. He put in a raise to 550, and the big blind, as well as Rose, called behind.

Action checked to Ellis on the {6-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} board, and Ellis continued for 675. Both players called to see a turn card of {5-Clubs}. Action checked around, but when the river came {8-Spades} and the big blind checked, Rose fired in a bet of 1,200. Ellis mucked his hand, but the big blind called, only to muck after the call when Rose showed down {10-Clubs}{10-Spades} for the flopped set.

Grimshaw Has a Better Two Pair

Level 4 : 100/200, 0 ante

With 4,500 in the pot Mark Grimshaw pushed all in after his opponent already had 3,000 committed on a board reading {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{5-Spades}. After around two minutes in the tank his opponent made the call.

Grimshaw: {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}
Opponent: {a-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}

The {9-Spades} and {k-Clubs} run out changed nothing and Grimshaw collected his second bounty.

Alejandro's Ace is Good

Level 4 : 100/200, 0 ante

A player in middle position opened the pot with a limp, and Allan Alejandro completed from the small blind. The big blind checked her option, and the flop came down {k-Spades}{5-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}.

Action checked around on the flop, but when the {3-Hearts} hit the turn, Alejandro led out for 300. He was called in both spots, and the {8-Diamonds} came on the river.

Alejandro again led out, this time for 500, and again he got two callers. He rolled over {a-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} for flopped top pair, and that was enough to force folds from his opponents.
