Paulin Brings Heater to Day 3, Sends Loeser Home

Level 19 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Pierre-Paul Paulin
Pierre-Paul Paulin

Brian Yoon opened to 250,000 in the cutoff, Pierre-Paul Paulin called in the small blind, Manig Loeser defended his big and the dealer fanned out {j-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} on the flop.

Action checked to Yoon, he fired in 300,000, both of his opponents check-called and the {10-Clubs} fell as a turn card. Action again checked to Yoon, he bet 1,150,000, Paulin called and Loeser check-raised all in for around 3,580,000.

Yoon folded and Pauling snap-called. Loeser turned over {j-Clubs}{10-Spades} and shook his head, knowing that he was behind with his two pair. Paulin tabled {k-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} for the nut straight and the dealer flipped over a {5-Clubs} on the river, changing nothing as Paulin took down the pot with his turned straight, eliminating Loeser from the tournament.
