Garden City Group May Still Accept Late Petitions for Full Tilt Poker Players 0001

On Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013, Full Tilt Poker (FTP) claims administrator Garden City Group (GCG) added a small update to their website, www.FullTiltPokerClaims.com, in regards to the deadline to submit a petition in the claims process.

While this update may have not been to the extensive length of previous ones, it could pay big dividends for some still looking to claim their FTP money as it pertains to late petitions and the possibility of them still being considered. Here is the update from the FAQ section of the GCG website:

"9. Is there a deadline to submit a Petition for Remission?

The deadline to submit a Petition for Remission was Saturday, November 16, 2013. If you have not yet submitted your Petition, you may still do so. However, please be advised that there is no guarantee that late-filed Petitions will be accepted."

This should provide a glimmer of hope to those who failed to submit a petition by the deadline. Those players still hoping to receive their FTP balance, but didn't submit a petition by the Nov. 16 deadline, are urged to head to the GCG website, www.FullTiltPokerClaims.com, and submit one right away.

Previously, PokerNews reported that just around 41,000 claims had been received by the GCG after the company reported that 1.4 million email notifications were sent out.
