Pot-limit Omaha has a reputation for being the biggest game online, but recently, fixed-limit Omaha hi/lo, also known as FLO8, has been producing some pretty big winners. Case in point Gus Hansen, who won $1.57 million in a 19-hour session on Full Tilt Poker from Tuesday through early Wednesday morning.

According to last weeks Online Railbird Report, Hansen was the years biggest loser having lost $3,124,456 on FTP. It was an inauspicious start to the year for the Great Dane and FTP Professional, but he took a gigantic step in the right direction with his impressive one-day win.

On Tuesday, Hansen began by taking $61,000 from Kyle KPR16 Ray at the FLO8 tables. Then he added $182,000 after taking on Viktor Isildur1 Blom and Alexander PostFlopAction Kostritsyn at 2-7 triple draw. All three opponents then joined Hansen at the FLO8 tables where he promptly pulled ahead to a $500,000 lead. Phil OMGClayAiken Galfond, Kyle cottonseed1 Hendon, samrostan and SallyWoo also made appearances, but only Hendon left with a profit after winning $200,000 in 243 hands during two hours of play.

Meanwhile, Blom ended up finishing Tuesday as the biggest loser after dropping $627,533 in 2,138 hands over 18 sessions, while Ray, who was up $400,000 at one point, ended up losing $722,000 to Hansen and finished the day a $405,504 loser. With his win, Hansen is down just $1,498,844 in 2013, second behind Phil Polarizing Ivey, who is a $2,297,409 loser.

Tuesdays biggest winners: Gus Hansen (+$1,570,224), Kyle cottonseed1 Hendon (+$300,762)

Tuesdays biggest losers: Viktor Isildur1 Blom (-$627,533), Alexander PostFlopAction Kostritsyn (-$578,778), Kyle KPR16 Hendon (-$405,504)
