Schoss Runs Into a Bigger Pair

Level 18 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Heads-up on a flop of 6?6?3?, Adi Rajkovic bet 33,000 from the small blind and Stefan Schoss called in early position.

The turn came the 3? and Rajkovic moved all in. Schoss paused for a moment before calling for his last 150,000, turning over 8?8?.

Rajkovic, though, showed Q?Q? and Schoss angrily threw his bounty card across the table once the 10? river sealed his elimination.

Konstas Has a Sweat With a Set

Level 17 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Ioannis Angelou-Konstas moved all in for around 50,000 from the cutoff and Jacob Amsellem called under the gun.

Ioannis Angelou-Konstas: K?K?
Jacob Amsellem: 9?6?

The K?Q?8? flop gave Konstas top set, but Amsellem picked up a flush draw. The 10? fell on the turn and Amsellem also had a straight draw heading to the river, which came the A? as Konstas stayed alive.

Julien Sitbon, Irena Macesovic, and Jareth East are also at this table.

Krieger Doubles Through Stalmach; Stalmach Doubles Right Back

Level 17 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Philipp Krieger opened to 10,000 from the button before Aaron Stalmach three-bet to 33,000 from the big blind. Krieger made it 100,000 and called off the 61,000 he had behind when Stalmach went all in.

Philipp Krieger: Q?Q?
Aaron Stalmach: A?K?

"El Classico," said Kriger as the cards went on their backs.

Krieger's queens remained best on the 9?6?5?7?J? runout and reduced Stalmach's stack to 14,500.

The following hand, Krieger limped in, as did Jan Wieckenberg from the button. Stalmach followed suit in the small blind, and Ercan Atmaca checked his option from the big blind.

The Q?5?2? flop checked through to the 4? turn. Action checked to Krieger, who bet 21,500. Wieckenberg folded, Stalmach called all-in, and Atmaca got out of the way.

Stalmach had a wheel with his A?3?, and he held out against the 10?7? held by Krieger as the A? river completed the board.

Chernak Crushes De Feo on the River

Level 17 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Daniele De Feo was all in for around 80,000 on the button and up against Aliaksei Chernak in the small blind.

Daniele De Feo: A?K?
Aliaksei Chernak: J?J?

De Feo hit top pair on the A?7?4? flop, while the 10? turn left Chernak only two outs heading to the river.

The dealer flipped over the J? and Chernak spiked a set as De Feo lowered his head onto the table in dismay before making his way to the exit.

Level 17 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
Riadh Ben Farhat
Riadh Ben Farhat

Just as hand-for-hand play was to begin, Riadh Farhat and Cedric Schwaederle went to the river on a board of J?5?7?9?K? with 160,000 already in the pot.

Schwaederle then moved all in from early position as a crowd gathered around to watch. Farhat tanked for a few minutes before calling for his last 170,000, turning over K?7? for two pair.

Schwaederle, though, had 10?8? for a straight and Farhat was sent to the rail on the money bubble.

The remaining 121 players are now in the money.
