Level 19
: Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Alf Martinsson raised from the hijack and was called by Michael Armstrong on the button, Alexander Tkatschew also came along in the big blnd as well. The Q?3?3? flop was checked to Armstrong, who continued for 55,000. Tkatschew got out of the way but Martinsson called.
That led the duo to the 5? turn on which Martinsson check-called for another 90,000. The 10? river was checked by the Swede once more and Armstrong pushed all-in. No count was asked upon as Martinsson snap-called.
Already knowing his fate, Armstrong flipped over the K?J? for a king-high bluff and Martinsson dealt the final blow with the A?A?.
"It was fun," the Canadian said on his way out of the tournament area.
