Andrej Cintula raised to 18,000 on the button before Andrei Spataru three-bet to 42,000 in the small blind.
Cintula called and they went heads-up to the 2?J?2? flop. Spataru continued for 25,000 and Cintula called.
The turn came the 2? and Spataru bet another 45,000. Cintula took his time but called again to see the J? river.
Spataru slowed down and checked as Cintula fired out 86,000. Spataru quickly mucked.
"Did you have the jack," tablemate Ramzi Zuraikat asked Cintula as Cintula flashed a smile before showing the 2? for quads.
"That jack saved me," Spataru said, breathing a sigh of relief as he leaned back in his seat.
"That's a good loss. First time today quads that I've seen," Zuraikat added.
