Puetz First Casualty of the Day

Level 1 : 300/500, 800 ante
Christopher Puetz
Christopher Puetz

No-Limit Hold'em

"He made a helluva play," Stefan Schoss said as Christopher Puetz was just sent to the rail after first doubling Schoss and then losing the last few chips to Adam Dickson in the very next hand.

On the {7-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} turn, Schoss bet 5,000 and was called by Puetz to then bet the {10-Clubs} river for 6,500. Puetz jammed and Schoss called it off with {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades} for a set of tens while Puetz only had the case {10-Hearts}.

One hand later, Puetz was forced all-in from the big blind and Adam Dickson raised to 1,200 from under the gun to force out everyone else.

Christopher Puetz: {k-Diamonds}{7-Spades}
Adam Dickson: {a-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}

The {j-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} board brought no improvement to Puetz and he was eliminated.
