Kolonias Takes Over the Lead

Level 30 : 120,000/240,000, 240,000 ante
Alexandros Kolonias
Alexandros Kolonias

Claas Segebrecht picked up the blinds and big blind ante when he raised it up with the {a-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} and Anthony Zinno then raised to 575,000 with the {8-Clubs}{6-Clubs} in the hijack and Alexandros Kolonias flat-called with {a-Spades}{q-Spades} in the cutoff.

On a flop of {a-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{4-Clubs}, Zinno check-raised from 800,000 to 2,700,000 and Kolonias made the call after plenty of reflection. They checked the {5-Diamonds} on the turn and Zinno checked, as did Kolonias. Zinno bricked his flushdraw on the {q-Hearts} river and checked, Kolonias bet 2,500,000 after more than two minutes in the tank and Zinno folded instantly to concede the chip lead.
