Gegic and Tsirakidis Chip Up Without Showdown

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Rifat Gegic raised and called the three-bet of Pavel Kovalenko for 17,000 in total to see a flop of {A-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{7-Hearts}. Kovalenko continued for 18,500 and Gegic moved all in for 46,300. This prompted Kovalenko to ask for a count and he folded after some consideration.

An even bigger pot had emerged between Konstantinos Tsirakidis in the big blind and Danny Covyn in under the gun. Tsirakidis bet 70,500 into a pot of almost 100,000 and Covyn was deep in the think tank. The clock was called on the Belgian and he folded ... before the table broke, Tsirakidis flashed the {6-Diamonds}{6-Spades} for a set.
