"No good. Tomorrow I will show up when the antes start," Catalin Pop joked after he had been eliminated. The Romanian will have to try his luck again on Day 1c after bullet one and two were not crowned by success.

Felipe Ramos and John Racener just walked in with a ticket in the hand and chatted before taking a seat, and Robert Schulz also just registered for the second starting day. Schulz final-tabled two events of the World Series of Poker Circuit here in Rozvadov a few days ago including a third place in the 5,300 High Roller, and cashed in the 1,650 Main Event.

Schulz then won the 888 Crazy Eights for 42,165, which was not a ring event and took place between the Circuit and the start of the Monster Stack.

Also in: Georgios Zisimopoulos and Aylar Lie.
