Tedeschi's Long Tank

We happened upon the table with a {8-Spades}{A-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{4-Hearts} board and 20,000 in the pot. It appeared Paul Tedeschi had taken a long time to check from the big blind, and Andy Frankenberger did the same. When the {J-Clubs} appeared on the river, Tedeschi led out for 6,700 only to have Frankenberger raise to 16,100, leaving himself just 15,000 behind.

Tedeschi tanked for a very long time until someone at the table called the clock. The floor came over and gave Tedeschi an extra few minutes before starting a countdown. After about 50 seconds, Tedeschi silently tossed his cards to the muck.

Frankenberger, who up to that point had sat motionless, then vented his frustration at how long the hand took: "That's the most ridiculously long tank I've seen. What was that? Like 15 minutes?"
