Soulier Starts Sublimely

Fabrice Soulier was given the honour of announcing shuffle-up and deal and it seems that it has given him a bit of momentum. He is seated on a tough table featured Jeff Lisandro and David Williams but he has gotten off to a great start.
David Williams started the ball rolling with a raise to 125 and Soulier called on the button as did the small blind.
Flop: 
The small blind checked to Williams who bet 225 and Soulier called before the small blind ducked out of the way.
Turn: 
Williams continued his aggression with a bet of 600 and Soulier made the call.
River: 
Williams made a very confident third bet of 1,500 but Soulier raised the stakes to 3,550. Williams pondered his next move which was to fold 
face up and Soulier raked in the pot.
