Can't Always Run Good

A player in the cut-off raised to 1,000 before Thomas Marchese put him all in from the big blind after seeing he only had around 4,000 back. The player duly made the call with {J-Hearts} {J-Diamonds} and he was ahead of Marchese's {A-Spades} {10-Clubs}.

The board came {3-Clubs} {4-Diamonds} {8-Spades} {7-Spades} {Q-Clubs} to send the chips away from Marchese.

Marchese can't complain about being down to 33,000 though as he's been running really well today. I heard him say he's had aces versus kings and quads versus a boat and a flush!
