In what proved to be possibly one of the quickest bubble periods ever, following the departure of Hong Xie on the feature table, Ramin Mansour and Con Angelakis played a huge pot that burst the bubble, with no time for the floor to even announce that play had reached the bubble it happened so quickly.
The duo were battling on a board of with all the chips going in on the turn.
Con Angelakis:
Ramin Mansour:
"I didn't think you were that strong, I thought you had aces there," said Angelakis after both players had revealed their respective holdings.
Despite Mansour being the favourite in the hand, the high variance of Omaha became readily apparent on the turn and river, which game Angelakis the nut flush and stacked him up to 420,000, while a disappointed Mansour was left to rue what could have been. Mansour's departure guarantees all remaining players a cash of AU$3,292.

The on the turn changed nothing and Edwards stood up from his seat.
The dealer then produced the on the river giving Edwards the winning hand with a set of aces.
"I'll take a seat," said a relieved Edwards after the hand. "Wow!" he added, as he raked in the double.
