Mahoney Loses Two Three-Bet Pots
Level 11
: 1,000/2,000, 300 ante
Patrick Mahoney got involved into a three-bet pot with Huy Lam and the duo ended up checking the flop and the turn. The river also went check, check, and Lam showed . Mahoney said "you weren't going anywhere, eh?" to which Lam just shrugged.
Soon after, Mahoney raised and called the three-bet to 17,400 by Glen Chadwick in the small blind. The flop came and Chadwick's bet of 25,000 ended the hand right there. Mahoney lost the second hand in a row, but remains the chip leader at his table ahead of Jerome Evans and Paulino Uemura Junior.
