Smith Brothers Make an Appearance

Level 2 : 50/100, 0 ante

The Smith Brothers, Michael and Ryan, are both in the field today. They traveled from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada to play in various tournaments throughout the WSOP this summer and each looking for their first gold bracelet. They are both regular tournament players at all the major stops in Canada and have accumulated quite the resume.

Michael has over $600,000 in career live earnings, with his biggest score coming when he won the DeepStacks Poker Tour Edmonton $1,100 Main Event in 2015. Ryan has earned over $776,000 in his career with his largest score being the Deep Stack Extravaganza III in 2012 where he came out victorious for over $100,000. Ryan also went on a tear last year, winning five tournaments throughout Western Canada, four of them coming on the DeepStacks Poker Tour.

Keep an eye out for these brothers to make a deep run in this and the remaining tournaments throughout the series.
