Hoang Gets There, Busts Miller

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante

Ari Engel raised to 10,000 preflop and got three callers. On the {7-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{4-Hearts} flop, everyone checked to Ryan Miller who potted last to act for 42,000. Three folds later, only Kate Hoang stood between Miller and the pot. She shoved all in, though, and Miller called off about 75,000 that he had behind.

Hoang: {a-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{5-Spades}
Miller: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}{q-Spades}{4-Spades}

Miller's trips led for the moment, but Hoang could hit a lot of cards to win or chop. The {9-Hearts} gave her the lead with a flush, and the {9-Clubs} river did not improve Miller.
