Jesse Sylvia Spikes a Two-Outer to Double Up

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Jesse Sylvia and James Miller got all the chips into the middle with nearly even stacks on a board of {9-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}. Miller flipped over {A-Spades}{A-Clubs} and was way ahead of Sylvia, who held {A-Diamonds}{9-Spades}. Sylvia needed one of two remaining nines in the deck to fall on the river in order to double up, and the {9-Diamonds} was exactly what he wanted to see. Sylvia took the pot to double, and Miller was left with just 1,000 chips.
