Casey Carroll Doubles Through Andrew Margolis

Casey Carroll

A huge hand developed just after the dinner break between Casey Carroll and Andrew Margolis.

The flop was {10-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}, and Margolis check-called a bet of 15,000. The turn brought the {8-Hearts}, and Margolis checked again. Carroll bet 37,000, and Margolis thought for some time, counting out a call before eventually raising to 100,000. Carroll moved all in, and Margolis called.

Carroll had {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{6-Spades} for queen high straight, and Margolis had {j-Clubs}{10-Spades}{5-Spades}{3-Clubs}.

The river {9-Diamonds} completed the board, and Carroll won the biggest pot he’d seen in a while.
