Shane Fumerton Doubles Through Shane Buchwald

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 0 ante

Shane Buchwald raised from middle position. Sandy Tayi called in the small blind before Shane Fumerton raised from a short stack in the big blind. The other two players both called.

The flop was {2-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{5-Hearts} and Tayi checked. Fumerton was all in for his last 10,000 and both players called.

The pair then checked the {q-Clubs} on the turn and Tayi check-folded to a bet from his opponent on the {a-Spades} river.

Buchwald showed {a-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} for top pair, but Fumerton showed pocket fives {5-Spades}{5-Diamonds} for quads!

"How can you bet that flop," asked Buchwald cheekily, "Check and play it slow!"
