A-5 Triple Draw

A player from under the gun opened and received calls from Ari Engel in the cutoff and Shaun Deeb in the big blind. Deeb drew three, the original raiser drew two and Engel took one.

After the first draw action checked around to Engel who bet and was called by both opponents. Engel stood pat, Deeb drew two and the under the gun player drew one.

Engel bet again when checked to after the second draw and was one again called by both opponents. The under the gun player and Deeb took one each while Engel stood pat again.

With no draws remaining Deeb bet, the under the gun player folded and Engel called.

"I like your hand" Deeb commented at which point Engel tabled a seven with 7x4x3x2xAx.

"But it doesn't beat mine" Deeb continued, turning over a six with 6x5x4x3xAx for the winner.

"Never table your hand first" Matt Glantz, who was standing nearby, joked with Engel as Deeb dragged in the pot.
