Max Kruse raised on the button and was called by Ben Lamb in the small blind. Lamb drew two cards while Kruse needed three. Two checks followed, after which each player took two cards on the second draw.
Lamb then led out with a bet, which Kruse called. Lamb still drew two on the final draw before Kruse took one.
Lamb checked to Kruse after the draw and the latter put out a bet. Lamb took a good look at his cards and tossed in a call for Kruse to show 8?6?5?4?2? for an eight-low and eight-badugi.
Lamb quickly added his cards to the muck as the full pot was shipped to the German.
