Daniel Vampan opened to 350,000 on the button and Scott Berko defended out of the big blind.
Berko checked on the flop of 2?7?K? and Vampan continued for 200,000. Berko called. Berko checked again on the 7? turn and Vampan checked back.
Berko checked once more on the 9? river and Vampan also checked before Berko turned over 3?2? for a rivered flush.
"You got zero more chips in that pot!" Vampan commented.
"Oh well," sighed Berko.
"If you bet 1,000,000 I would have snap called," said Vampan said.
"They all say that, don't they?" replied Berko. "I've heard it all."
