Four-Way Pot Sees Bach Bust, Zapulla Quadruple

Level 16 : Limits 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante
David Bach
David Bach

David Bach: 6?3?/4?10?7?9?/6?
Kevin Mcintosh: XxXx/4?K?4? - folded fifth street
Eddie Blumenthal: 7?3?/A?J?J?Q?/2?
Paul Zapulla: A?Q?/10?A?9?Q?/8?

On third street, enough bets went in that David Bach was all-in and a 4,500 side pot was created between the three other players. Eddie Blumenthal then checked on fourth street and Kevin Mcintosh also went all-in for 1,000 more. All players called before Blumenthal bet his jacks showing on fifth street and Mcintosh folded.

The three players then showed down and Zapulla was in the lead with his pair of aces, while Bach was chasing a low. By seventh street, neither Bach or Blumenthal improved their hands and Zapulla scooped the entire pot with two pair, aces and queens, resulting in the elimination of Bach.
