Rheem and Miller Chop a Big Multiway Pot
Eddie Blumenthal: XxXx/2?10? - folded fourth street
David Rheem: XxXx/A?6?8?2?/Xx
Maximilian Schindler: XxXx/A?K?4?8?/Xx
Ryan Miller: XxXx/5?6?Q?3?/Xx
Eddie Blumenthal brought in, and David Rheem completed from the next seat over. Maximilian Schindler and Ryan Miller made the calls, and Blumenthal came along as well. Schindler was first to act on fourth street and checked to Miller, who put out a bet. Blumenthal let it go, but Rheem and Schindler put in calling chips.
On fifth street, it checked to Rheem, who now had three low cards showing. He bet, and the two other players called. Every player performed the same action on sixth street, as well as seventh street, building one of the biggest pots on the final table so far.
At showdown, it was Rheem who confidently tabled 7?7?5? for a pair of sevens and a seven-low. "I can beat the high," claimed Miller while Schindler was already adding his cards to the muck. Miller indeed showed 8?8?4? and took in the high part of the pot with his pair of eights.
