Bark, But No Bite
There was a table slam heard at Table 84 and it came from Nicholas Trimble who thought he lost the pot.
"I've run so bad!" Trimble shouted but was actually awarded the pot with a set of nines. "I thought I lost on the river."
"Ya, we feel so bad for you," Andrew Barfield chirped up from across the table.
Barfield raised it up from under the gun on the next hand and was called by Bobby Espina in the cutoff and Trimble in the small blind. The flop came A?K?10? and Trimble led out with a bet as he began spatting with Carlos Guerrero on his right. Barfield called and Espina stepped aside.
The 10? paired the board on the turn and Trimble fired out another bet. Barfield raised this time and Trimble still called. The river was the 4? and Trimble check-called one more bet from Barfield. Barfield flipped over Q?7? for a flush to rake in the pot.
"I'll keep quiet for you this time," Trimble said to Guerrero as they continued going back and forth.
