Dehkharghani Wins Two Pots in a Row
Pot-Limit Omaha
Chris Klodnicki raised to 40,000 on the button and Ray Dehkharghani called out of the big blind. On a flop of 10?9?3?, Dehkharghani bet 105,000 and Klodnicki had a smirk on the face before folding.
One hand later, Daniel Alaei limped in and Dehkharghani did so from the small blind while Phil Hellmuth as the other table short stack checked out of the big blind. The K?7?2? flop was checked to Alaei and he bet 30,000. Dehkharghani called and Hellmuth did so as well.
The 5? on the turn was checked through and that led the trio to the 4? on the river. Dehkharghani now bet 85,000 and Hellmuth was instantly annoyed, leaning side ways on his chair in a rather annoyed mood.
He then reluctantly folded and so did Alaei, which caused some table chat by Hellmuth.
"F*** ... you call a pot-sized raise before the flop?" Hellmuth asked but received no reply, which then triggered more murmured complaints. "Son of a b**** ... I had a monster," Hellmuth concluded.
