Noja Spikes the Turn

Dan Zack raised from under the gun before Danielle Noja reraised next to act. A player in the cutoff called, as did Zack and they went three-handed to a 3?2?7? flop.
Action checked over to the cutoff who fired out a bet and both Zack and Noja called. The turn came the Q? and the cutoff bet again.
Zack folded this time, but Noja stuck around to the 9? river and both players checked. Noja turned over K?Q? for a turned pair of queens.
"Ay, ay, ay," his defeated opponent said as he mucked. "Would you call the river," he asked as Noja just smiled as he took in the pot.
