Nelson Gets There for Massive Double

Level 16 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Four players saw the Q?J?6? flop for the minimum and the small blind led out for 12,000. Martin Nelson was next to act and made the call as did Suk Bang before the hijack raised to 75,000.

The small blind mucked quickly and Nelson went into the tank for a couple of minutes before jamming his 173,000 into the middle. The action was back on Bang as he also went deep into the tank, taking about three minutes before pitching his hand into the muck. The hijack quickly called.

Martin Nelson: K?10?J?6?
Hijack: Q?Q?9?5?

Bang told the table he folded 6x6x as he saw both hands.

The 9? turn improved Nelson to a straight and the 5? hit the river, securing his double up.
