High Rollers to Battle It Out in Event #2: $25,000 6-Handed No-Limit Hold’em Day 2
More than 60 of the biggest names in poker will take the stage when Event #2: $25,000 6-Handed No-Limit Hold’em Day 2 begins at 12 p.m. local time inside the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino.
Daniel Rezaei will be seeking his first WSOP final table, as he bagged 1,368,000 on Day 1, knocking out Shannon Shorr and making several key hero calls for large pots. Justin Liberto (1,147,000), Brek Schutten (1,050,000), Sean Winter (1,047,000), and Brock Wilson (1,009,000) round out the list of Day 1 million-chip earners.

Among other legendary names, Phil Hellmuth entered late on Day 1, and will be looking to build his stack. Daniel Negreanu seemed to turn his fortunes around from his unlucky 2022 on Day 1, winning three all ins, shouting “2023 WSOP!” each time.
Late registration will close with the announcement of “Shuffle up and deal,” which will surely add to the 58 players who remained after Day 1 and the over $4,000,000 prize pool. Play will commence with Level 9 at 5,000/10,000/10,000 blinds. Ten levels will be played on Day 2 with a dinner break after Level 14, expected to be around 6:30 p.m. local time.
