More for Messick and Cowen

Level 27 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Ryan Messick limped the small blind with {j-Clubs}{6-Clubs} and then called a raise to 250,000 by Benjamin Kaupp in the big blind with {8-Clubs}{7-Clubs}. They checked the {10-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{5-Spades} flop and the {a-Spades} turn. After the {k-Spades} river completed the board, Messick bet 225,000 and Kaupp folded.

Robert Cowen then raised to 160,000 first to act and Kaupp called in the small blind. The {q-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} flop was checked by both and that led to the {2-Diamonds} turn. Both checked and did so once more on the {j-Diamonds} river as Cowen won the pot with the {a-Clubs}{9-Clubs}.
