Winter Talks Kupin Into a Call

Level 15 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Sean Winter
Sean Winter

Aaron Kupin raised to 12,000 on the button and Sean Winter shipped all in for 119,000 from the big blind. Kupin went into the tank while Winter stared aimlessly at the wall in front of him.

After a couple of minutes, Kupin finally broke the silence. "If it wasn't this close to the money, I would snap-call. If I showed you guys my hand, you would've called already."

"So you got two kings?" Winter questioned which got a laugh from everyone.

Kupin finally called and the cards were tabled.

Sean Winter: {a-Spades}{2-Clubs}
Aaron Kupin: {a-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}

The flop of {5-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{2-Spades} was a little bit for everyone but Winter currently held the lead. The {a-Hearts} on the turn gave Kupin some more outs and the {4-Hearts} on the river was one of them as Winter got counterfeited and busted.

At another table, Seth Davies got the last of his chips in the middle with pocket eights against the ace-ten of Rafael Moraes. The Brazilian spiked a ten and Davies was also eliminated.
