Slow Start for 2021 Runner-Up Salazar

Level 2
Hernan Salazar
Hernan Salazar

Limit Omaha 8 or Better

Defending Champion Dylan Linde has yet to be seen in the field, but several other 2021 final tablists including David Matsumoto and Damjan Radanov are already in the field looking to make a return run.

Among them is runner-up Hernan Salazar, who was recently involved in a pot with Esther Taylor.

Picking action up on a turn board of {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{3-Hearts}, Taylor led out from the big blind and was met by a fold from a player in middle position, but a call from Salazar on the button.

The turn brought the {6-Spades}, and once more Taylor quickly placed a bet. Salazar folded to send the pot across the table as his stack shrunk a bit more in the early going.
