Mohammed Jaafar opened to 1,600,000 from under the gun and Mike Allis called from the small blind. Christina Gollins three-bet to 5,500,000 from the big blind and although Jaafar folded, Allis called.

Allis had already checked in the dark on the {q-Clubs}{9-Spades}{7-Diamonds} flop. Gollins continued for 2,500,000 and Allis said "I've got nothing but a draw," and sat there for nearly a minute before making the call.

On the {10-Spades} turn, Allis checked again and Gollins immediately went all in. Allis snap-called with Gollins covered.

Christina Gollins: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}
Mike Allis: {9-Clubs}{9-Hearts}

Allis had flopped a set and Gollins was drawing to a straight. The river brought the {k-Spades} and Gollins was eliminated.

As Gollins collected her belongings, she told Allis: "Nice angle, it worked" before heading to collect her prize money.
