Peppe's Two Pair Takes Pot
Level 4
: 300/500, 500 ante
The hijack led out for 1,300, getting calls from the cutoff and button before the small blind folded. Bob Peppe, the big blind, put in the call as well and four players were set for the flop.
On the flop, action was checked around to the button, who fired for 2,800. Pepe and the hijack called while the cutoff opted to get out of the way.
The turn was checked through before Peppe fired for 3,100 on the river, and got called by both of his opponents.
"Two pair," Peppe announced before turning over . The other players tossed their hands in the muck, and Peppe's two pair was best, giving him the pot.
