Gonzalez Sailing Back Above Starting Stack On His Boat, Forcing Tafesh Out

Level 5 : 300/500, 500 ante
Alexander Tafesh
Alexander Tafesh

After Alexander Tafesh raised to 3,000 from the cutoff versus an under-the-gun limp, the small blind, Jose Gonzalez called. The under-the-gun player called too and they were three ways to a flop.

{4-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{8-Hearts} fell and Gonzalez lead for pot in the small blind, 10,500. It folded to Tafesh who made the call.

The {4-Clubs} on the turn came in and Gonzalez jammed his last 5,500 into the pot.

''That's the worst card in the deck for me I fold on...a four or an ace. Anything else I call'', said Tafesh.

Tafesh mucked his holding and Gonzalez kindly showed him {a-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{q-Clubs} for a full house.
