Vogelsang and Kennedy Get Shoves Through
The board read and Joao Vieira led out with a bet of 40,000 into a pot of 100,000. Christoph Vogelsang called and the completed the board. Vieira checked this time and Vogelsang shoved all in. Vieira was forced to lay his hand down, leaving himself with just 101,000 chips.
At another table next door, Joshua Heinzl raised to 13,000 on the button and Patrick Kennedy three-bet to 55,000. Heinzl called and the flop of hit the felt.
Kennedy continued with a bet of 25,000 and Heinzl stuck around to see the on the turn. Kennedy moved all in this time and Heinzl quickly sent his cards to the muck.
Just a couple of hands later, Heinzl was seen getting up from his seat and heading for the exit as Kennedy won the match and will advance to Round 3 tomorrow.
