Winn's Top Pair Good for Double Up

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Action was picked up after Jordan Winn had moved all in on the turn. There was about 40,000 in the pot and the board read {7-Spades}{2-Clubs}{j-Spades}{4-Diamonds} when Winn pushed his last 97,000 into the middle. The clock had been called, and the table had been waiting long enough for the floor that they began joking that they needed to call a clock on the floor.

Eventually, the floor showed up and began the countdown for Winn's opponent to act. Just before time expired, he put in the call, and the players tabled their hands.

Jordan Winn: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}
Opponent: {10-Spades}{4-Spades}

Winn was ahead, but any four, ten, or spade on the river would eliminate him from the tournament. Luckily for him, the {3-Hearts} arrive on the river, securing him the double up.
