Corrigan Over 4 Million Chips

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Jack Corrigan
Jack Corrigan

In a blind versus blind situation, Travis Lauson completed his option and made a small three-bet after a raise from big blind Jack Corrigan, who called.

The flop came {a-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds} and Lauson made a small bet before calling a raise worth 300,000 from Corrigan.

All the chips went in the middle on the {4-Spades} turn. Lauson checked and Corrigan sent a bet of 450,000. Lauson tanked a minute before moving all in, for a remaining stack around 1,000,000. It was snap-called by Corrigan for the following showdown:

Travis Lauson: {a-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}
Jack Corrigan: {q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}

Lauson was drawing dead as Corrigan had hit a flopped straight and made his way to the exit after the {3-Spades} completed the board on the river.

Big Pot for Watson

Level 22 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

In a three-way raised pot, the flop showed {3-Clubs}{5-Spades}{10-Clubs} when Valdemar Kwaysser and Farz Jaka checked in the blinds. Michael Watson, on the button, bet 45,000 and Kwaysser raised it to 155,000. Only Watson stayed interested and called.

The turn brought the {a-Clubs} and Kwaysser tanked for a moment before check-calling a bet from Watson for 155,000.

The river was the {2-Hearts} and Kwaysser checked one last time. Watson announced all in for 925,000, putting Kwaysser into a big decision. The latter ended up folding and Watson racked up the nice pot.

Geyer's Stack Soars

Level 22 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

In a pot of roughly 1,200,000 on a board of {5-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{j-Clubs} all the money went in on the river when Pete Chen was all in and at risk for his last 400,000 and called by Adam Geyer.

Pete Chen rolled over {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts} but when Geyer revealed {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds} it was the classic cooler for Chen as he exited the tournament.
