Miner Doubles Through Periaux

Level 11 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Ben Miner was all in and at risk with his short stack out of the big blind against Ludovic Periaux from under the gun.

Ben Miner: {a-Spades}{6-Spades}
Ludovic Periaux: {a-Hearts}{3-Hearts}

Miner was ahead, though with such weak kickers there were plenty of opportunities for the two to chop the pot. That outcome became far less likely following the {6-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{10-Spades} flop and the {5-Clubs} turn left Periaux hoping for one of the two remaining aces in the deck to hit on the river for a chop. It was not to be as the {4-Hearts} river ensured Miner got a full double up to start the day.
