Long Beats Gorodinsky in Showdown
Level 23
: 30,000/60,000, 0 ante
Limit Hold'em
The restart after the break has been rather tedious and very few action-packed hands took place.
Eric Wasserson chipped up by one big bet when he raised out of the small blind and John Racener defended the big blind, then folded the flop when facing a bet by Wasserson.
Mike Gorodinsky won the blinds with an open raise only to lose more chips thereafter. He defended in a battle of the blinds against Philip Long, who raised and received a call. On the flop, Long bet and Gorodinsky raised for Long to call. Long then check-called on the turn and led the river.
Gorodinsky took a minute before he called and Long's for two pair won the pot.
