Double Elimination

Level 24 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

David Lee in the hijack, Mark Armstrong in the cutoff and the big blind all went all in preflop, with Armstrong having the other two covered with a 250,000 stack.

David Lee: {7-Hearts}{7-Clubs}
Mark Armstrong: {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}
Big Blind: {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}

The board ran out {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} and with none of the three holding a diamond, Armstrong was good with top pair on the flop. The turn was a {9-Spades} and the river a {q-Spades} which didn't help anyone and Armstrong knocked them both out of the tournament at the end of Level 23.

Camira Gets Back-to-Back Doubles

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

After being all in in the big blind for just one blind and getting aces to double up, Frederic Camira had found himself all in again from the small blind against Wing Yam.

Frederic Camira: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}
Wing Yam: {10-Clubs}{9-Clubs}

Miraculously Camira had picked up pocket aces in back-to-back hands but the flop of {j-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{6-Clubs} was a sweat as Yam flopped a gutshot straight draw and a flush draw.

The {4-Spades} turn and {4-Diamonds} river were safe for Camira though as he collected another double up.

Negrete Makes a Flush to Eliminate Opponent

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

A player shoved in early position for roughly 175,000 and Deena Negrete put her stack of roughly 430,000 across the line which folded the players behind out of the hand.

Early Position: {k-Hearts}{8-Hearts}
Deena Negrete: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}

"I have live cards," said the optimistic all-in player.

The flop of {10-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{2-Spades} gave Negrete a flush draw and the {5-Hearts} on the turn changed nothing but the {8-Clubs} river completed Negrete's flush as she collected the all-in player's bounty.

Lodge Hits Trips

Level 22 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Harry Lodge
Harry Lodge

The cutoff raised all in for around 100,000 and Harry Lodge in early position called. The rest of the players folded and cards went up.

Harry Lodge: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}
Opponent: {2-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}

The flop came down {k-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades} and Lodge was instantly ahead with top pair. The turn was a {k-Spades} for trips and and with an {8-Spades} on the river, that was enough win the hand and send his opponent out of the tournament.

Neymar Doubles; Then Eliminates Opponent

Level 22 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Neymar Jr.
Neymar Jr.

A player in middle position raised to 50,000 and Neymar shoved for 255,000 from the big blind and was quickly called by the original raiser.

Neymar: {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}
Middle Position: {a-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}

Neymar had his opponent dominated and the flop of {q-Hearts}{8-Spades}{7-Hearts} put him further ahead with a pair of queens. The {9-Diamonds} turn and {3-Clubs} river were no help for Neymar's opponent as Neymar collected a double up.

Two hands later the same player shoved for roughly 390,000 and Neymar made the call on the button.

Neymar: {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}
Opponent: {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}

The board ran out {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{10-Spades}{2-Hearts}, giving Neymar a full house as he eliminated the player and added to his chip stack.

Aces Hold for Ni

Level 22 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

The under-the-gun player shoved for 70,000 and a player in middle position raised to 800,000 before Wen Ni called off his 430,000 in the cutoff. The big blind went into the tank, and the clock was called. With a few seconds left on the clock, he mucked his hand.

Under the gun: {k-Spades}{10-Hearts}
Middle position: {k-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}
Wen Ni: {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}

The dealer spread a flop of {a-Spades}{6-Spades}{5-Diamonds}, giving Ni top set and the {7-Hearts} turn and {6-Clubs} river improved him to a full house.
