Strelitz Catches a Six

Daniel Strelitz

A-5 Triple Draw

Daniel Strelitz limped in from the small blind, then called when big blind Dominick Sarle raised. Strelitz took three and Sarle two.

Sarle bet after the first draw and Strelitz called. Both players took two and, this time, Strelitz led out. Sarle came back with a raise and Strelitz called, taking one while Sarle stood pat.

Strelitz bet out again after the draw, sending Sarle into the tank for about a minute. He eventually slammed in a tower of chips as Strelitz turned over 6-5-3-2-A.

"Did you catch the ace," Sarle asked after the hand.

"I caught the six," Strelitz replied.
