Reunion on Table 511

Level 11 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante

2-7 Triple Draw

Venkata Tayi and Nick Pupillo both made deep runs in the $1,500 Limit Hold'em event that finished last night and are seated together again today.

Tayi took the last hand off, but Pupillo went three ways to the second with Steve Zolotow and Christopher Roman. Zolotow and Roman took one, while Pupillo took two.

Roman put out a bet and only Zolotow called. Roman then stood pat and showed {9-Spades}{7-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{2-Spades} while Zolotow made a pair of fours and mucked.

"Short stacks keep doubling up. The table of death, No. 511," Tayi said after the hand, as he has already increased the 17,000 with which he began the day.
