O'Hara Back From the Brink

Level 16

Badugi

Down to his last 10,000, Ian O'Hara was all-in and looked up by none other than his previous nemesis Joao Vieira. Both drew two each on the first draw followed by one each on the remaining two draws.

O'Hara tabled the {7-Spades}{5-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and spiked the {3-Clubs} while Vieira's {a-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Clubs} only caught the {a-Hearts}.

Soon after, O'Hara was all-in for 36,000 and Randy Ohel made the call.

The first drawing round brought one new card each while O'Hara then patted the last two draws. Ohel took one each but couldn't beat the {7-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{2-Spades} of O'Hara, who scored back-to-back double-ups.
