Two Down in a Hurry

Level 25 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

The board was all but rushed away as Erik Gorman was heading to the payout desk. His {a-Hearts}{q-Spades} was still exposed but ended up second-best to the pocket jacks of Josh Prager, who had turned an unbeatable set.

The next player to depart was Morgan Machina. On the river of a {k-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} board, Machina got it in with the {10-Spades}{10-Hearts} for tens full of kings but Roongsak Griffeth had the nuts with {k-Spades}{k-Clubs} for quads. After the hand was over, the remaining players at the table discussed what happened and concluded that Machina was "trying to fuck him over" with an apparent string bet.
